In October of 2014 members of the Welland Street Crime Unit began an investigation into a male selling cocaine from his vehicle in Welland, Ontario.
According to police on Thursday October 16, 2014 the male was witnessed making several drug transactions throughout the Region of Niagara and was arrested after being found to be in possession of cocaine valued at $1,300.00, $260.00 in Canadian currency, and numerous articles utilized to traffic narcotics.
Matthew O’Donoghue, a 30 year old resident of Fort Erie, Ontario is charged with Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking and Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime Under $5,000.00.
O’Donoghue is being held in custody pending a bail hearing on Friday October 17, 2014 in St. Catharines, Ontario.
