The Niagara Regional Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a 15 year old male, Sidney KEEPER. KEEPER was last seen on Saturday October 12, 2014 at 8:30 p.m. in the area of Main St W and Fielden Av in the City of Port Colborne.
KEEPER is described as a Native male with brown eyes. He has shoulder length black hair, 5’6 and 130 lbs. KEEPER was last seen wearing a bright blue “Adidas” hoodie with white stripes down the sides, black shorts with stripes on them and a touque with a bear paw on the front of it. He was possibly wearing black and red striped running shoes.
Foul play is not suspected, however, police and family members are concerned for KEEPER’s welfare.
